Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

Full payment will be processed within 48 hours of booking.
Check-out is strictly at 10:00 daily.
The use of braai facilities is permitted only where these are provided directly at the unit.
Guests who booked and paid with a credit card must present the same card at check-in. A R1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized upon arrival.
All on-site facilities operate on a cashless basis, accepting only card payments.
To manage backup power during loadshedding, the resort operates generators on specific schedules. Guests may contact Reception for detailed times.
Day visitors are allowed with at least 24 hours' notice given directly to the resort. The number of guests must not exceed the unit’s maximum capacity.
All guests must present valid identification, such as an ID, driver’s license, or passport, at check-in. Access may be denied without proper identification.
A digital or printed confirmation letter must be presented at check-in. The resort may assign an equivalent unit of the same size as indicated in the confirmation letter if needed.
If the group exceeds the unit’s designated capacity, as determined by management, the group may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may apply.
Guests are expected to respect others. No noise is allowed after 22:00, and loud music is prohibited. Non-compliance may result in eviction.
For group bookings or parties larger than 12, additional conditions apply, including deposits, indemnities, and specific check-in procedures. Guests should contact the resort directly after receiving booking confirmation to confirm these details.
Re-letting a unit without management’s approval or splitting a booking among unlisted guests is prohibited. Violations may result in denied occupancy or eviction, along with a penalty fee.
Guests are financially responsible for any damages to resort property, including the unit and contents, and may incur additional charges beyond the breakage deposit if necessary.
Guests must sign an indemnity form, and only individuals over 18 may sign the Guest Registration Card. The signatory must remain on-site for the entire booking period; otherwise, remaining guests may be required to vacate.
Pets are not allowed on the property, except for certified support animals. Failure to comply may result in a penalty fee and a request for pet removal.
Smoking is prohibited in units, on patios, and in other resort buildings. A fine will apply for any violations.
Free Wi-Fi is available at designated hotspots, though connectivity may be limited due to the resort’s remote location.
Please note that there will be refurbishments taking place in selected units during your stay. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
While all amenities and facilities are accurate at the time of booking, they may vary based on maintenance schedules. Some amenities may incur additional fees.
