Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 per booking is charged. The deposit must be paid 7 days before arrival, no payments are made on-site. If the payment is not made, it may lead to the cancellation of the booking. The deposit is refunded within 7 days of the check-out date if the unit is left in the same condition as on arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Failure to comply will result in the R1000 breakage deposit being retained to clean curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Please report any damage in the unit to the host within 24 hours.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
All bed linen is provided.
The prepaid electricity meter is for the tenant's account, the remaining credits are not refundable.
