Leehaven Apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and consists of an open-plan unit above the owner's garage that accommodates 2 guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchenette features a 2-seater dining table and is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery

The Nook @ Leehaven is a smaller, downstairs en-suite room with a private entrance. It is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower fixed over bath, washbasin, and toilet. The room includes a table with two chairs, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a small bar fridge, a kettle, and a microwave, along with crockery and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. You will also have your private patio with seating.

An inverter with battery backup has been installed.

Guests will be given remote access to the property, which is secured with beams, electric fencing, and a security gate.

The property is ideally located within easy reach of the beach, harbour pier, and Mariner's Wharf, a local favorite for excellent seafood.
