Description

Leehaven Apartment is a tastefully furnished apartment situated on the owner's property in Hout Bay. The property is ideally located within easy reach of the beach, harbour pier, and the Mariner's Wharf restaurant, which is a local favourite for excellent seafood.

The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs and consists of an open-plan unit above the owner's garage that accommodates 2 guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The kitchenette features a 2-seater dining table and is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and cutlery. Guests are provided with tea and coffee-making facilities, as well as a selection of cereals and rusks. Additional facilities include a smart TV with access to Netflix, free Wi-Fi, air-con and on-site evening parking for one vehicle.

An inverter with battery backup has been installed. An induction plate is available on request, outside of load-shedding times.

Guests will be given remote access to the property, which is secured with beams, electric fencing, and a security gate.
