Description
This room can accommodate 3 guests and comes equipped as default with a single and a luxurious king-sized bed , provided 24 hours notice is received before arrival the beds can be separated into 3 single beds. The room has an exclusive use bathroom separated from the room i.e. not en suite but no one else uses it. A sofa bed can be arranged for a child or an extra guest at a cost and 24 hours in advance, if available. There is free fibre Wi-Fi, the room has a flatscreen TV with its own OVHD satellite control, coffee tea making facilities and an under counter fridge. Free access is given to the communal kitchen, lounge, dinning room and verandah.

Access is from the very narrow back lane between 6 am and 10 pm only. No trailers, buses or large vehicles are permitted. Note that all the neighbours and neighbouring police station park their vehicles overnight in the Halford Road cul de sac.

The room has an en suite shower. Subject to availability and at an additional fee and with 24 hours notice before arrival a sleeper couch may be available for a child or 3rd guest. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, OVHD satellite tv flat screen TV, a communal kitchen, lounge dinning room and the front verandah.
