House Rules
The unit is not fully equipped for self-catering but does have heat-and-eat facilities.
Please note the owner lives on the premises with their pets; the cottage is fenced should guests not want to interact with the dogs.
No day visitors are allowed.

Please respect our home and its inhabitants and animals.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and if guests would like to smoke on the porch, please ask for an ash tray.
Please close all gates when you enter and leave. This is for everyone's safety.
No pets allowed. There are 2 dogs on the premises.
No day visitors allowed unless organised with the owners. This is also everyone's safety.
Please park on allocated parking spots and not in front of the gate.
Quiet must be respected after 22:00.
No parties or groups allowed.
No safety facilities for children: please note there is a pond and a swimming pool on the premises which are not covered.
Please organise a suitable time for a cleaning service.
No laundry facilities for clothes in the rooms. Please contact Bubbles Laundry.
