Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an off-grid stone cottage situated in the beautiful Caversham Valley, an ideal base for exploring the Midlands Meander. It is located in beautiful surroundings with lots of space for children to run around, play ball or ride bikes. The property borders a river, which is just a short walk away.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a full gas oven and hob, a fridge and a microwave. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. There are braai facilities outside for guests to use. Wi-Fi is available for guests' entertainment.

The cottage has a gas geyser and runs on solar power - please use power sparingly, especially on cloudy days.
There is a small closed combustion fireplace, and a free bundle of wood is provided for each night. Extra wood can be purchased.

The cottage is located near The Groves Wedding Venue, Piggly Wiggly and Michaelhouse School.
