Ramsgate Rendezvous 15 is a lovely first-floor unit in a secure Ramsgate complex, South Africa, with captivating sea views and room for up to 6 guests. The unit is on the 4th floor from the sea side, but on the ground floor from the road/entrance level, so is also ideal for mobility impaired guests.
This unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom offers stunning sea views, a queen-sized bed, and a ceiling fan. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and ceiling fans, with a second bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. While all necessary bed linen is provided, guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances like a fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There's also a kitchen nook seating 6 for convenient dining. Laundry facilities are available in the complex's laundry room. The lounge area comfortably seats 6 people and is equipped with a ceiling fan, along with a TV connected to DStv. Please note that guests will need to bring their own decoder, smartcard, and cables as it's not compatible with PVR or Explora. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is also provided for a guest's convenience.
Step out onto the spacious patio with panoramic sea views. It's furnished for 6 guests, including a steel garden set for 4, sun loungers, an umbrella, and a kettle braai for outdoor cooking. Within the complex, there's a swimming pool for relaxation. The unit also comes with a lock-up garage for guests' convenience, and secure visitor parking is available at the front of the complex.
