Hi Desmond,
Thank you for your valued response. I wish you had contacted us during your stay about the smell, then we could have asked the caretaker to investigate, as we were not aware of it. On the 24th March, the water was cut for about 15 hours, due to a pipe that burst, and although the complex has sufficient water tanks, the pump stopped working, so the water could not be supplied during this time. The water supply was reinstated on the morning of the 25th March, so we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. The complex is currently undergoing refurbishments, so there are contractors busy plastering and painting. The work should be completed very soon. They took a break over the busy season, so I think this is why you felt that the outside looked neglected.
