Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable security deposit of R3000 will be required 7 days prior to arrival to be paid through a credit card e-gateway. If no claims are needed to be made, the deposit is refunded back into the same credit card after check out.
Please note that a swimming pool is available for use in a shared space in the property next door. Although it involves no extra charges, the use of the swimming pool is by prior arrangement only. Please note that the swimming pool is not available for guests to use between 7 Dec 2019 and 12 Jan 2020.
The garage is for a mid-size sedan, no longer than a Mercedes C Class. Guests will need to park straight in the parking slot as the next slot is used by another set of guests.
The villa is right next to another one of our properties with a connecting door in between. If you have a really large group (up to 24 people) and there is availability in both the properties, we can try to help by offering both properties together.
