Unique and beautiful villa.

We had a great stay at Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa. We took my mom away for her 70th birthday and we all had a wonderful time. The villa has amazing views of the Cape Town coast and beautiful Greenpoint Park. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would visit again in a heartbeat. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and made our whole family feel at home.

Baie lekker gebly. Die eienaars is baie gaaf en behulpsaam, sal dit beslis aanbeveel as jy in die Kaap gaan bly. Lekker ruim, modern, skoon en netjies.

Baie mooi plek om te bly.

Baie lekker huis om in te bly. Die huis het wel 'n goeie skoonmaak nodig, bv. die stortteëls, kakkerlak in die kamer, die braaiplek, en die vrieskaslaai was vuil. Niks wat 'n bietjie seep nie kan uitsorteer nie.

Sublime!

This spot ticked all the boxes and more! From our welcome, personalised wine to the indoor fireplace, central location, and spacious beautifully decorated rooms. We spent a beautiful family reunion here. Would highly recommend it. The hosts could not be more accommodating and helpful. Book this spot, you won't be disappointed.
