Description

Sunrise C-View is a self-catering unit located on the 11th floor of an apartment building in Ballito with a 180-degree sea view.

This air-conditioned unit has a capacity of 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 full family bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a guest toilet with a washbasin. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Bath towles and face towels are provided, but guest must please bring their own swimming towels.

The main living area includes a lounge, dining area and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and the lounge that has comfortable seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

If loadshedding occurs the complex has a generator that keeps the lights and the lift working. The apartment has a bulb in the living room that works during loadshedding.

The complex offers communal braai facilities as well as 2 swimming pools and is situated a block from the beach.
