No customer oriented approach.

We had a double booking on that day due to a scheduling mistake. We informed the lodge on time (1 week) that we could not show up but they charge anyway the full amount. This is not customer oriented and completely not in line with what I have seen on all my previous travels (I have travelled on all continents and seen a lot of situations). I therefore would not recommend this place due to the short term profit view of the lodge.

Good morning Damian
Thank you for your email.
Please note that we have been holding the booking from October 2019 up to now.
The cancellation policy says less than one week before check-in there is no refund is a 100% cancellation fee.
