House Rules
Please note that we have water issues in the whole town of Gariepdam. The water and electricity are connected to each other.
Due to loadshedding schedules changing too frequently, our breakfast option has been placed on hold until further notice.
An inverter has been installed for the lights and water. Please note that it is not connected to the rest of the electronic devices.
Wood fires are not allowed, only charcoal may be used.
Candles or gas and paraffin lamps are not allowed.
Dinner is not served at View Lodge.
There are a variety of restaurants in the area where guests can enjoy dinner, or order take-aways from the "Rustiq Pub and Grill" Menu in the Units. "Rustiq Pub and Grill" is Closed on Tuesdays.
Credit card facilities are available.
Pets are not allowed.
Group bookings are not allowed.
Loud music or partying is not permitted.
Visitors are not allowed
Units and swimming pools are for guests of View Lodge.
Guest misconduct, and destruction of property will be reported to local authorities. All responsible parties will be asked to leave, or escorted off the premises, with no refund.
