"Scottburgh used to be the place to go years ago and I feel it's very run down. The beach looked terrible and was not clean even though I felt safe there."
"Lots going on at the beach, did not like the people drinking on the beach. Security is quick and police were all around arresting those who were causing a problem."

Scottburgh has a small town feel but with all the necessities close by, they have a Pick 'n Pay and Checkers in the main street and a mall within three kilometers from the main beach. Some restaurants to note are Anything Fishy for take aways and Bell & Anchor for great food and great service."
